It was better than expected.My hair color looks natural and shiny. I wanted a light brown, but expected a darker tone from the chat I had with my colorist. To my surprise, the consultant understood exactly what I wanted: darker roots, lighter ends. It is a welcome surprise to be heard. I like the lighter shade and now I want to go lighter. I loveLoveLOVE MY HAIRCOLOR!I thought I might change it up a little wanting to add some of those Lowlights?Highlights? Coloring infused in with my color product and. In a deep auburn or burgundy but not having more red come thru! I am so happy that thecustomer service people care enough like they say they do, and referred me to my color specialist, who within 12 hours, called me back and we discussed what I was looking for! After 10 minutes of full conversation about hair coloring, my specific hair needs, and what I wanted, but wanting to keep my base the same, the color stylist artist came up with a suggestion and she was right! I would lose my base color if she had to remove and add anymore deep red to it! That is what I did not want , so I stayed with my oil color. He lopegether and I AM SO HAPPY THAT I DID! #NGU on what works! If it isn't broken, don't try to FIX IT! So my color is beautiful and I. AM SSTTAYING WHAIWnt, want a picture for rest?.whats it worth to ya. Lol...smiling have day fellow E-SALON MEMBERS! YOU LOOK BEAUTIFUL JUST THE WAY YOU ARE! Guaranteed, WHO CAN TOP THAT! Not the salons that you go to??? They're going to charge you for that fix! OMG LUCY RED! And other things( stubborn gray that doesn't take color well),! I hope this is helpful, IM LOVVINGG MYY.
