Was skeptical, but now I'm a believer!I went through the motions and created a profile, uploaded pictures and received my first kit in the mail. Then I didn't use it. I was skeptical and went ahead and bought two boxes of the same store bought at home hair color that I have used for years and then skipped my next scheduled shipment. When it came time to color my hair this time around though I decided to go ahead and use the eSalon product and boy was I surprised! I was very impressed with the presentation of the product and the detail of the instructions and accessories. My color turned out perfect and I have gotten compliments on my hair all day today! I am definitely going to keep using my Made For You color and tell all my friends about this great product! I asked my husband how my new hair color looked and he said "It looks like the same color!", although that wasn't the answer I was looking for, it told me that eSalon had hit the nail on the head with my custom color!
