So easy and reliable!I've been using eSalon hair color for about 3 years, and I am so glad I tried it! I've colored my own hair for years, but I've always used off-the-shelf coloring products. I loved being able to hand pick the color I wanted and to have that color work for me was such a delight! I've never changed my original choice, but I have that option before every shipment. I like that you can choose how often you want to receive the product, and that I receive emails letting me know when they are preparing my color and when it is shipped. Love ITMy hair looks so natural, quick and easy to read instructions. I only have one problem the smell when applying is really strong and I have asthma. I try to ventilate the room the best is can, but some difficulty breathing but It goes anyway. I still thinks it's great I love the color, and feels soft. Best Color in a Box, EVER!I had low expectations but now that my friend came over and put the color on my roots, then i mushed it thru myself, I am SO LOVING the color.
