The color match is…I was worried about the color looking flat, but my hair has dimension and shine. What’s truly unbelievable is that the color match is spot on! And actually what it does for my complexion and skin tone is an unexpected bonus. Which I take is a confirmation that the color is natural looking. 100% Satisfied, They nailed it!The color matched me perfectly! It gave me color and vibrancy, and complimented my skin tone. I went from Drab to Fab! I loved the formula, no smell, no dripping, no hot roots. My hair came out better after the process than before. No hair loss, no harsh chemicals, the shine and depth of color is amazing. I have had no color fade! The communication from a REAL stylist was spot on. They answered me promptly, and were very helpful. That personal touch made me very confident about this process. Wow! Just WOW!May I thank you all 100%! I LOVED my color and the packaging was so sweet because it was personalized just for me. The instructions were very easy to follow and there was plenty of color even though my hair is just below my shoulders. No nasty odor and my hair was Rediculously soft and shiny! ImpressiveI ❤️ the packaging it made me feel special/pampered. 2. the how to videos were so thorough easy to understand and faq had every answers and questions making it the 1st time in a LONG TIME I actually covered all my tons of gray including the back I had my kids check my head at all angles. and I liked the amount of color I hv thick med length hair and drugstore brand I hv to cut applicator with big scissors to get every last trop on ends. It has held up amazingly at 6 weeks. so now I want but weighing the can I afford or gtta wait. it's the shipping tht kills and sometimes I can only afford 25-30 not 75$ -100$ for free shipping.
