Overall Good QualityThe color is good and very easy to apply. I live that esalon includes step by step instructions and all the necessary tools you will need for your color application. Shipping was fastShipping was fast, the packaging was nice, and I liked the way the dye goes on hair. The color however was a big nope. It didn't cover my whites, it doesn't look much different than my normal color. When my husband saw my hair after coloring his first reaction was 'oh, you dyed it? It looks so fad' Very disappointed.
