Not the color I wanted and no gray coverage!I have been using your color for a long time. Last time, I said it was too dark and wanted to lighten it but keep violet highlights. This time, it's nearly black and did not cover my gray. I am very disappointed. And, as someone else said, the color doesn't last nearly as long. Did NOT cover my graysI wanted to use your product specifically for root touch up to cover stubborn grays. It did not work for me and in fact made my roots a bit lighter than my color which I did not want. This is just not the product for me. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

I was skeptical at first but…The color came out really well. I thought my roots were a little lighter, but that could just be because they were grown out a little. It’s been almost a month and the color is still vibrant. It’s grown out very slightly, but it’s hardly noticeable. Best of all it didn’t ruin the texture of my hair like other dyes. darkerI called with concerns my soft black was not covering my roots and had a burgandy undertone I was not satisfied with. This seems to have a true soft black finish. Happy so far. Easy peasy!I love the colour kits, from getting 2 pairs of decent gloves, to the easy to follow instructions it makes colouring easy. I am slowly changing my colour lighter and it's no trouble at all. Absolutely Perfect Color-I worked with my colorist to get just the right blend- the demi permanent color is ideal for my root growth and helps blend into my highlights softly as it grows. Looks so natural. I have received more compliments since I have been using eSalon color on my roots + highlights then I have ever with my very previous very pricey salon foil hi lights.
