Wow.Oh my god wow... I love my new colour. And I love the condition of my hair after applying it. My hair is soft shining manageable. The colour is even and exactly the right shade. The dye was easy to apply with no dripping. I am one very happy women. I will definitely be ordering another I'll never buy a shop dye ever again. I 100% recommend. Disappointed ☹️I decided to try eSalon after a lot of debate, I’m in my early fifties so have some grey, my natural hair colour is mousey brown so have not been my natural colour for about 4 years due to my greys, I’m now an ash blonde, so I ordered a medium ash blonde as I jump between medium and light ash blonde that way I get my perfect colour all year round I followed the instructions to the letter and found it easy enough to apply so far so good 😊 love the box and how it’s laid out looks very personal unfortunately I now have a beautiful medium golden blonde colour which if I’d ordered golden blonde I’d be very happy with the results, it’s very rich and shiny but this is not the colour I ordered, my friends and family said it looks lovely but I ordered and wanted medium ash blonde, There is definitely no ash in this colour I now have, and I’m going to have to use my blonde shampoo to remove the red, please be careful what you order as it’s obviously a gamble as to what you’ll end up with! I won’t be buying again and will be going back to JF as I’ve never had a bad colour for him, quality quantity worth the price but colour result is definitely not ! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Not happyThe only thing that was nice, was the color was prepped. I didn't get complements about the shine. From my experience it's needing to order more products to keep the grey away when I want to be able to use product and it keeps grey away longer. I don't want to keep apply product especially after a few weeks. The other half of the problem is I had an order that I was able to get a full refund back on that I returned. Another order was sent when I tried to cancel and I couldn't get my full refund when I did previously try to cancel before shipped. I don't like the automatic sent, technically due to financial budgeting. The talk about eSalon which is why I tried it, was because it keeps greys away longer.
