Second time I requested a color adjustmentMy color was changed and I provided specific instruction including the actual percentages of each color I wanted and for the second time I received the wrong color. Not the color I wantedI really wanted to like this service as it’s very expensive to go to a salon nowadays, but the customer service and quality is not what I hoped it would be. I reached out asking if there was a place I could upload inspiration pictures to so my stylist could see what I was wanting. I unfortunately got an automated response saying to upload pictures of my current hair, which I had already done. I figured I would just go for it and see how it turned out without inspiration photos, but it’s not at all what I wanted. The idea of this service is great, but I see problems with the execution. Wrong colourI love the actual brown however I specifically said that my hair takes to red tones and wanted that counteracted yet my hair has now become very red which was the exact opposite of what I wanted. Very happy - Best hair dye out there!I’m honestly so impressed with this product and will be continuing to use from now on. I spent fortunes in a hairdresser recently to darken my brunette hair and it sadly just didn’t last. You geniuses at Esalon have created something of such excellent quality, long lasting and just what I was looking for. I adore the colour and the softness and shine it’s given my hair. High hopesCovers greys well but the colour faded quickly and was much darker than requested. It is difficult to maintain copper, but I expected a better lasting colour. I sent a request to change my colour as it was more red/brown than copper on my hair colour (even though I had sent photos of my hair colour prior); however, my account does not show any adjustments have been made to my colour and the next batch is on its way. 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.
