Definitely not ash blondeTurned my roots a coppery orange. I had indicated in my order that my hair pulled red. That was either missed or not taken into consideration when compounding my formula. I did report this and customer service issued a credit for another kit. 1000% happy with colorFrom the moment I opened the box I was impressed. Everything was labeled making it easy for me to navigate the process of coloring my own hair. The coloring itself has no odor while processing which is huge for me. I’ve tried others and they stink but not this one. I can’t say enough about the color. It’s absolutely perfect and my ends are not burned out or darker like usual.
