Nice productMy personalized hair color was the perfect shade the first time I ordered it. Not sure if the formula has conditioners or not. My hair seemed to be over- conditioned for a few days after coloring my hair. By day 3 or 4 my hair was fabulous! Still is! Perfect color to start with!I was a heavily highlighted blonde and wanted to go back to my natural color to give my hair a break from the bleach. I have colored my own hair in the past but always second guessed my color choices and feared it would turn green if I tried to do an ashy/neutral brown (my hair always turns a copper/orange color.) But this mix was great to start with, my hair feels healthy, the process was easy to do with the detailed instructions and the color has lasted a few weeks before fading! ImpressiveJust wanted to give feedback on my first order with eSalon. I'm really happy with the colour. It's very natural and just what I wanted. My hair had turned very brassy from both the supermarket dye and from the sun on a recent holiday. This colour gives a natural gold tint to my hair without being too blonde. (I'm a little too old for platinum locks!!! 😂) I was really impressed with the lovely packaging and the little extra touches included in the box, like the brush and stain guard. The attention to detail makes you feel as special as a salon pampering. The condition of my hair post treatment was superb. Really soft and conditioned. Having naturally curly hair, it's always dry and can look frizzy and dull but the shampoo and conditioner were lovely. I highly recommend giving this a try and I'm looking forward to my next order in 6 weeks. I may even treat myself to some hair care in the meantime 😊 10 of 11 people found this review helpful. Just Missed the MarkThis was really close to what I was looking for. A little too red and not as much grey coverage as I need but I've reached out for an adjustment and high hopes for my next order.
