latest shipmentwas not happy - formula chunky and would not mix at all -had to cut bottle for mix to come thru - coloring my hair with 2 different shades from bottle - was at room temp - shook bottle til i couldnt shake anymore - was like it was an old mix - was always happy before this - not so much now 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Amazing!!!I’ve box dyed for a very long time as cannot afford to have it done at the hairdressers. Never been happy with box dye as never comes out like it says it will. After having a disaster and a chocolate brown going a red/orange tinge, i just couldn’t deal anymore of looking like an idiot. So stumbled across esalon…. THANK GOD! the orange has nearly gone! And my hair looks like a natural chocolate brown, to match my clip in hair extensions. I am buzzing!!! Loved the packaging and all that comes in the box. The shampoo and conditioner smells divine.
