Great colour, great matchI love my new Salon colour! It’s so quick and touch ups are really easy with the brush. It lasts much longer than an over the counter colour. Only downside is I want a clear gloss to keep my mid lengths and ends top-top but you only currently offer a colour option. Color *****I was finished coloring my hair at home. None of the brands available from store lasted. The color on my gray always faded fast. I can't afford a salon I was finished throwing my money down the drain. THIS E-SALON COLOR IS THE BEST! It's been 6 weeks & no fade. Gray is same as rest of hair. I'm hooked. HAVE YOU CHANGED MY FORMULA?The last couple of my custom color sets haven't been consistent! Particularly the last one I used that was prepared on October 4, 2021. It didn't cover my gray, it appeared that the formula did not blend together so easily and my results were bad coverage, not as rich in color as I usually have. I felt the result was very disappointing! I don't know if another consultation is in order? I'm thinking about changing color to match more with my roots? Didn’t cover grays or reduce rednessI feel like the more I use this product the worse it’s getting at covering grays. I asked for an asher tone and I feel like I got the same color I got before. Hair colorSorry but this hair color just did not live up to expectations. Although I did exactly as instructed my gray hair (roots) were not covered at all. This was a very disappointing experience and since you offer 100% guarantee, I am requesting my money back on this latest order. Please credit the card I used.
