Has potentialKit was well organized. My hair is long, down to my waist and I needed the help of another person. Definitely need to order the cape next time as I got dye on my chair and towel. Color was ok but not perfect. Roots needed to be a bit darker and less brassy. I thought the color for the ends refresh was perfect though. Color way off and no response from emailGot my product and was really excited to try it but was suspect about the color so I did a strand test. Glad I did as the color was not close to blonde. EasyIt is very easy to use the eSalon products. I had hand surgery and in a cast right now so my husband had to help. The first time around we actually missed some places.
