Color changeThe 1st shipment that I received the color was great. The 2nd shipment which was supposed to be the same came out black. I don’t even know what to do with this color. The experience of having a professional colorist develop a salon experience butThe experience of a professional colorist helping you color your hair in the comforts of home giving you a salon look was awesome . I am giving it one star only because of the actual hair color itself. My hair came out very light and red on top where my grey is This occurred after each application. I only did 2 months but after second round my hair was still light and red . I hated my color so much. They did honor the free hair coloring as promised if one isn’t satisfied! . This order was horribleThe combination of this dye and the light set completely fried my hair and turned it damn orange!!!!!! Every other order I’ve gotten was great, but not this one!!!! 2nd Order messed upThe is the second order in a row. No damage to the box but my developer is now all over the box upon arrival. Modified formula for better gray coverageThe root formula seemed the same but the ends formula was VERY STRONG SMELLING. I feel like the gray coverage was the same as last time (not ideal) but I can tell effort is being made to cover the stubborn gray in my root area.
