Great product and customer service!I didn't like the color I first received, so my colorist reached out to me and we worked together to improve it. The next color I received was perfect! Even my hairdresser, who is also a color specialist, was super impressed with the product. Change in productI have been an e-salon customer since 2014 and I love my color. Unfortunately, I have to agree with other reviewers. The quality of the product seems to have gone down. The color is washing out too quickly. I used to have coverage for at least 2-3 months and now it is down to one month. E-salon please fix this. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

I was charged without my permission!Stay away! I didn’t order any products from them, I was charged without my permission.
