It was okI was not as impressed as I wanted to be. After my previous online color provider closed leaving me with only a few options besides drug store color, I decided to try eSalon. Color was not as dark as I thought it would be and it seems to be fading faster than the other color I used. I decided to change my color to darker, so we will see how that color is. Quality ReducedI have been eSalon customer for many years and I was happy with the product until recent months when I started to experience that the color was not sticking for even a week period, after the first wash the color started to go off the roots and within the next couple of washes the gray roots are obvious. During the dying process, I keep the color for an extended period of time on my hair in order for the color to stick around but with no success... it is disappointing now! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Worked very well!I always go to the Salon for color and any time I tried something from a box, it resulted in a trip to the Salon to correct it. I was hesitant to try this but I needed to touch up my roots/cover Grey and couldn’t get an appointment. Figured it was worth the risk, as it’s Demi permanent and washes out after 20ish shampoos. Great product and resultsThe quality of the product (hair color) as well as the gloves, instructions, etc. are the best. Any tweak I wanted to make to the color was taken care of immediately.
