Just a bit off...They did great by what they are able to do according to the business but it wasn't quite what I was expecting...they have EXCELLENT customer service skills and was blown away by that...would've gotten 10 stars if that could be possible and if they were able to achieve my ultimate goal with my hair color I want. DisappointingThe coverage of this is really poor. I followed the instructions to the letter and have still clearly got roots and grey hair showing. The colour on the lengths of my hair is patchy (at best) and the colour didn’t colour the red tones in my hair (despite me asking the colourist if it would) so I now have brown hair at the top and dark red in the lengths. I’ve had better results from a shop bought box of dye at a 1/3 of the price. There’s been no offer to help rectify this problem just a credit on my account for the same item. I can’t see how throwing the same dye at it is going to change anything? I’ll still have brown roots and red hair. Just really, really disappointed that no one is willing to help. Ruined my hairI have requested my 2nd colour set to be a little bit lighter than my previous colour however I was very very disappointed as it makes my hair orange especially during the day. It is not ash brown as I want it to be. The formula made my hair so brittle and very very dry. Very disappointed and will no longer renew my subscription especially they’re increasing the price! Awful colorI asked to have less red and ended up with with a totally different color than my previous order. Went from med-dark blonde to a few shades down from black. What a mess, I could cry. 😫 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Very HAPPY with my new hair color formulaESalon and I worked together to tweak my original color to an even better color based on my request to have more red and blonde in my 8 level medium golden blonde. Although I would like even more blonde or highlights in my hair, in general am so very pleased with the outcome of this new formula. It is close to my hair color in my 20's and appears very natural. KEEPS GRAYS AT BAYI was very skeptical and thought the price was high for this color, but so far the grays are not surfacing.
