BummedMy first esalon was amazing! It was rich, vibrant, soft and we'll covered. And it lasted quite a Long time!! This is my second time, which meant roots touch-ups only. It seemed to begin great, but within a week (not even a week) the color was fading out fast FAST! ! 2 weeks in, I can hardly tell there was a "touch up" at all :-( . Every bit of the gray that grew out was now very visible. I want to know why initially the application was amazing and why the touch up was not? HorribleI have colored my hair for many many years and have never been more disappointed in a product. I ordered auburn and it tinted my hair purple that washed out in one week. People had a "oh dear" look when I first colored it, asking me if I meant to color it that way. Also the final horrible side effects were that my scalp has a slight itchy feel to it still and my hair is now super brittle (I've always had pretty healthy hair). Didn't touch my highlightsMy initial request for hair color was met with an email that my stylish thought my choice was too dark. Trusting her and the process I didn't reach out.
