INCONSISTENTthis time my hair turned red...have been using all thru covid and never seen this color of hair before. my latest shipment I thought I would try the color pro toner and they said it would be matched to my existing color....i received glorious golden. i have a dark brunette base so really confused what to do with a golden toner especially since I now have really red hair 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Not the sameHaving used esalon for the last 7 years and been very pleased with the results ...it seems the formula may have changed. Reading other reviews with the same problem, I realised that it could explain why my hair, after colouring, has gone very dark...not what I expected as is the same colour Ive had for ages. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Faded way too fast!Have you changed something? This last order I used started fading after just 2 weeks and now 1 month later I have brassy, faded red highlights that are not attractive! I never had this happened before with earlier applications, but it has happened with the last 2 hair color orders. Not happy with this applications at all. 😔 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. 3 toned hairAfter my partner coloured my hair as written in the instructions, my hair ended up being 3 different colours. I found the texture of the cream nice and thick, and the colour in the bowl was beautiful, but unfortunately my hair wasn't happy and looked awful.
