Love My Color and Personal ColoristI am very happy with my new found coloring product from eSalon! My color is just perfect. I easily worked with my Colorist to change the color as we moved into the second order. It was straight forward, easy and perfect when it arrived and I saw the beautiful results!. It's so easy to just pick up from my mailbox, set my time aside when I am ready, and color my hair! Coloring it is so easy. The instructions are super clear and step by step!. My color box arrives on time, easy to transition colors, and easy to apply. End result..beautiful, slicky, easy to style hair!!! Best of all, no waiting for an appointment to get in to get my hair colored, no driving and sitting in waiting area, no worries if the store stylist is out sick! I do this in my own time, my home, my quietness with my music and a glass of wine!! Fantastic results and better than any box color I have ever worked with!! Truly Amazing Colour Fabulous !Wow am impressed it really is 1000 times better than shop bought colour! Natural Red headI was VERY skeptical about trying an online hair color dye! I moved from NYC to Coastal NC and was nervous about trying a new hair colorist. As a natural red head it was very hard to get just the right shade by Stacy,(from NYC) got it perfect but, now I live 700 miles away!! So long story short I sent Esalon pictures and my formula a (asked Stacy for my dye formula and number) and tried it. I am really happy with the results. during the summer I ask them to make it a shade lighter and that's perfect too. Definitely recommend trying it 4 of 4 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Careless company with exploding products!I ordered black hair dye for all my hair. I was unknowingly sent 1 black bottle & 1 golden light brown bottle. So a week before my vacation i ended up with golden brown roots & top of head with very black waist length hair. Wanted it all to be black. & this was not my first time coloring before. Also before I could even finish getting all the color in, the roots bottle explodes all over my bathroom wall, counter, door, floor & myself from the waist down. THE BEST home colour EVERI have been using box dyes for decades. This product is revolutionary! The system to select your colour is so easy, help is available from your personal stylist if needs be. The packaging and instructions are so beautiful and easy. The attention to detail is insane. Even down to easy open shampoo and conditioner (the times I've been in the shower washing off colour and I can't open the supplied conditioner!) The product washed out easily even with dark down. The results...oh my.. it's multi tonal.. dark brown with hints of mahogany but also ash, and feels so healthy. 30 years of horrible box dies.. this is salon quality at home hair colour.
