Had to redo my colour, and I love it!The initial batch I received was a bit too dark/brown for my liking. Beautiful colour, just not what I wanted. I had no problem at all revamping the colour with the ESalon team and I feel that I won't have any issues going forward, should I wish to change it up once again. Did not work on rootsSpent 3 times the time dying my hair that I usually do, in order to make sure that I followed directions exactly to get the results advertised. Now that my hair is dry, I see my roots are very light brown where my grays were and my ends are a lot more black than they usually are. For 38 bucks a month or whatever this is insane. If you have gray or white roots , I do not recommend the product,as of now. . I've had better luck with cornsilk for $3. I'm so disappointed, More disappointed with the fact that , I waited for several weeks to try the first kit. As I have another kit on the way for $38 . I'm hoping that I received the package soon as I can try it just on the roots right away , maybe it'll work better I don't know. For now I'm cancelling my subscription, You just need to go to the salon for my kind of hair situation. At least with the inexpensive box dye, I could afford to do it every 2 weeks. The cheap stuff doesn't cover for very long but it actually did dye the roots. I'll try again when the root kit gets here, maybe I did something wrong , hopefully is the case. The first kit, I did the introductory offer, which was pretty inexpensive and I paid $10 for the alligator clips, cape and color bowl and brush so, not terrible. First class!I was very apprehensive about changing to E Salon but knew I needed a better quality solution than my existing shop bought brand and the reviews sold it for me. I was not disappointed the team not only matched my colour but surpassed it, it’s much more natural and the gray coverage is 100% better.
