Wrong color/ Great customer ServiceAlthough I wasn't 100% happy with the way my hair color turned out (I was trying to fix my roots from looking too brassy from a previous dye job) I was very pleased with their customer service. Still the same thing as other product that I got from any storeIt no difference from the color I bought from any other store. It still cannot cover the gray hair on the edge of my face and forehead. Overall I like, and would recommend the product...just a couple of things.The consistency of the color makes it hard to get all hair covered. I find I sometimes miss little areas. I don't usually have this problem. Also, my last color didn't grab the hair as well. The color was quite a bit lighter at the root compared to the rest of my hair. Beautiful colorThe color was very pretty when I first applied it. It covered all the gray like I wanted. Unfortunately after about 3 weeks the color started to fade. Especially at the roots. I don't see any reason to pay the amount for this product when an OTC product works just as well if not better for a much cheaper price. So sorry. Golden brown root touch upI have just coloured my grey roots with the first kit provided. I have followed the instructions exactly.
