It was okLet me expand...I have always, the last few times loved the custom color created for me, but this time it came out very red and with no lightning of my hair so it seemed. Wrong color/ Great customer ServiceAlthough I wasn't 100% happy with the way my hair color turned out (I was trying to fix my roots from looking too brassy from a previous dye job) I was very pleased with their customer service.
