The messiest colouring product I have EVER used!The formula was runny and dripped on me the entire time. My shower was a disaster zone once I had rinsed out the product from my hair. The process is simple so I know that I didn't mess that part up. I don't know if there was an issue with the formula or something, but I will never use this product again. I still have the towel on my head as I write this review so I am not even certain of the colour at this point but I am so disappointed with the formula and the application that I had to share my review as soon as possible. Too darkThe color turned dark grey on roots and green on my ends freaked me out rinced out after 10 minutes, the color was a dark blonde NOT lightest blonde. Too dark!I was pleased with the initial all over color results, but the root refresher is too dark. I followed the instructions exactly for two separate root applications 5 weeks apart & received the same results, a very noticeable difference in color. It looks as if I have really dark roots growing out. I have messaged esalon with my concerns. I'll give them one more shot if the formula is changed & then I'm done.
