It was OK.I didn't find this to be any better than the color I purchase in the store. The color was a bit too dark for me, and I know that can be adjusted, but I didn't find it to be a product to pay extra for. Custom Hair ColorThis product was sent to correct a mistake that happened, after following the instructions. my roots were still hot, but not as bad as it was before the color. Did not like this productI was very disappointed in the product. Firstly the color was terrible. I had chosen the lightest blond which was the color of my hair and what I ended up with was a 'muddy' blond. Hopefully it will fade after a few washings. I felt the entire color procedure was too difficult. I had been using Loreal Mousse color which is very easy to use compared to this product. Fading colorIt hasn't been 2 weeks and the color is fading already on my roots. You did a color and time adjustment. I followed precisely. Was pleased how it turned out.
