A little disapointed!I received a product back in January and put it on my hair, it was a lovely vibrant colour. I found that it was not as shiny, nor did it stay as well as my salon job. We just applied the new one and my daughter pout it on last night. There is o way that this was the same shade as my last product, or what I ordered. My hair was dark brown. I do not see any red in it at all! I am not happy with the product this time and will not purchase again unless you make amends and send the same product that I received last time. I would also like explanation as to why the product is different? If your product is not going to be consistent then it will not suit me to purchase. I'm not a happy camper!My hair look darker than the color that I had. I went form only dye my root, to dye my hair completely in order to have the same color. Something was not quiet right at the moment to find and match the color. I uploaded and send my pic during the account setting. So, I don't know what really happen. But, I'm not a happy camper. Probably, I will need to give several days and shampoo my hair during the week to see if I obtained the desire color. Couldn't use itReally gutted ..my colourist was amazing and we chatted and sorted out what would be the best colour for me, was so excited to get my childhood red hair back..I did the patch test and the smell was so strong and it effected my eye for a few hours..so figured out I was possibly allergic, didn't use it. Told my amazing colourist who was so amazing with me, she said sorry to hear that cancelled my colour subscription and even though I asked another question about my match up she never even bothered answering me..nor did I get a refund...really unhappy with that. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not red enough.I specifically asked for a coppery, auburn red and my result was a medium brown. I do like that my hair is soft and in nice condition after coloring with this product, but for something that's supposed to be tailored for me, the resulting color was definitely not what I asked for. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Chemical ReactionHair color contains too many chemicals. After using it for a couple of month, I discovered that I am having allergic reactions from it. Having to deal with severe skin rashes and need extensive medical treatment. Very disappointed that this product that costs about 3 times as much as the store brands does not compete with them for consumer safety. Should have stayed with Garnie Fructise.
