Where's the rest of the box?although I've paid the same amount of money, I've only received half of what is usually sent, for roots only. It barely lasted even for that and, because although the colour is a good quality - it does fade pretty quickly, the roots colour didn't match the rest of the hair. Color did not stay!!!!!I ordered a permanent color, because I had my hair permanently colored burgundy. I wanted my natural color back. My hair is now still burgundy from the middle portion of my hair down. You can not tell that I permanently colored my hair back to my natural color. It did not last!!!!! Very disappointed, and don't want to be a customer anymore!!!!! You charge $24.90 for color that don't stick. consistent color but fades quicklyThe color is great and looks the same each time I color my hair--but, it doesn't act like a permanent shade. It fades to a mousey brown after 2 weeks or less. I was using semi-permanent shades before going to esalon, and I may go back since there's no color advantage to staying with this group. Also, buying color locally is a lot cheaper!
