A work in progressThis is my first change in color. I am naturally a medium blonde and have recently decided to go darker. More medium brown. This time I decided to go a bit lighter with a better tone. Still seeing too much red. Will try one more time and then it might be time to have a person to person meeting with a stylist. DisappointedI'm really confused why the directions were so adamant that I only cover and process the roots then simply rinse through and leave on the rest for 1 min. The result is the middle and ends of my hair are yellow because the red in the last dye has rinsed out while my roots are a pinkish color. The root color is close to what I wanted but the effect overall is that my hair basically looks unchanged and washed out. I plan to call to get my money back. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
