Not what I expectedThe color was a lot darker then expected. My roots and the rest of my hair do not match. It also didn't do a good job covering my gray hair. Custom colorI like most of the the conveniences of esalon. I'm tired of having to change my formula all the time. With each order the formula gets darker or redder or both. Colored my hair 3 weeks ago and it's already fading awayNot too happy after spending $25. I always color the gray areas first and proceed from there. I wore a hat outside so the sun would not bleach it out. I use a color guard shampoo. I've been using your product a while now and I'm losing confidence in it. Unsatisfied with the productUsually I don't like to write negative reviews, but I have this time. The product was so strong that not only burnt my skin but it also broke my hair. I have very thick hair and now in the front my hair is so damaged. Plus the coverage of the roots was only for barely 3 weeks like every other color. The color itself was not medium blond at all, but it was kind of blonde more orange/red and I don't like red. I'm very disappointed. Product is so strong that I could not use the 3rd box.
