Not enough redMy color this time is dark enough, but it had too much blonde and not enough red. I like the shade of the color, I didn't like that it was dark blonde with red undertones. Loved it!!I have colored my hair for over 40 years and this haircolor was the closest to my own color as I've ever seen. I loved the results of the color however I found the person who called me on the phone to be so very rude- she spoke to me like I was a dim wit. Not as good this timeThis is my third application with my custom esalon kit. My grey roots were not covered as well this time. I think I did everything the same. One week later and the grey on the top of my head near my part and the sides near my face are looking like they need to be done again soon. So disappointingI was so excited to dye my hair when I received the package in the mail; however, the results were nothing like I expected. Not good. Scalp burning. Too harsh.Too many chemicals. Harsh that it burned my head and damaged my healthy long hair. I will never use again. I want off this plan. It's expensive and not worth the money. I like natural products for my hair. This coloring had chemicals that ruin your hair. Very unhealthy. And it burned my head when I put it in. It still is very itchy and flaking. I don't want this product again! Please cancel as I do not want to reorder. If possible I would like a refund. Our color is made fresh with safe, expert-approved ingredients, but we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application because one can develop sensitivity to color over time. Instructions for the skin allergy test are included in our Product Safety & Usage guide with every hair color order.
