Awful Product!!!I have colored my hair for more than 25 years and have used various products. I have never had a product dry my hair out like eSalon's product did. My hair literally felt like straw and the color faded to a nasty brassy color within a week. I had to go pay a hair stylist $120 to fix the damage done to my hair by this product. I would give this product -5 stars if I could. Unfortunately, in order to leave this review, I had to select one star. If you are thinking about buying this product, spend some time looking for real reviews. Not HappyMy grays are not covered I wish I could send a picture to show you how unhappy I am. I followed the instructions on my touch up just like I did the first time which promoted me to order for my touch up I'm just nor satisfied and I don't like to see my not fully gray covered unhealthy hair right now 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Pretty much my same colorI sent in two pics and a pretty clear description of what I wanted (brighter and warmer/redder), but the the color I got is barely different from my natural color.
