Not good. Scalp burning. Too harsh.Too many chemicals. Harsh that it burned my head and damaged my healthy long hair. I will never use again. I want off this plan. It's expensive and not worth the money. I like natural products for my hair. This coloring had chemicals that ruin your hair. Very unhealthy. And it burned my head when I put it in. It still is very itchy and flaking. I don't want this product again! Please cancel as I do not want to reorder. If possible I would like a refund. Not the Color For MeThe color experience was great-it was easy to apply, fast, and left my hair silky, soft, and shiny. However, my custom color did nothing for my hair. It did not look as if I had colored my hair at all;it left maybe a hint of gold that no one but me noticed. Even my family who knew that I was coloring my hair asked what happened to the color because it looked the same after I dried my hair. Also, there was no gray coverage-I have minimal gray...just the odd ones here and there around my temple or popping up in random spots (guess that is what happens right when you turn 40!), but the color didn't hide them at all, which was disappointing and the main reason that I was coloring my hair for the first time in over a year! Oh well...love the product itself, but the color just wasn't for me. I will try again and see if I can get a better match...if not, then I gave it a try! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Roots way too brassyMy overall hair color is OK, but my roots are so brassy that my hair looks obviously and cheaply colored, and I already need to recolor to address my roots, even the day after I used your color. Different colorYou sent me hair color for light blonde which is what the computer that determined my haircolor. I . My hair turned light brown. Not happy about this at all.
