Hate my colorMy hair color got ruined by using esalon. I used to have brown hair, now it looks black like a vampire. They got the color completely wrong. Of course now I would have to go to a real salon to fix it. Hate the color, it makes me look old! Is been 3 weeks and the color had only faded slightly. Very bad experience!I have used this product in the past and never had a bad experience. With the last order that I received, I was mortified to say the least! Upon rinsing it out of my hair, as soon as the water hit my hair, the product felt like it became wax. The more I tried to rinse it out, the worse it became. I called the representative and she told me it must have been residue left on my hair from my last coloring. Which I knew was not the case, because I have not colored my hair in over a year. And by the way, the color was esolon. Because of the service that I received over the phone from the representative, I decided to withdraw my subscription. Shipping problemI'd say that overall, I've been very happy with the product. Generally 4-5 stars, really. However, the last processor bottle had a small puncture/hole. There was nothing for me to mix as it filled the tray by the time it was delivered. Burns the eyesThe smell of ammonia is so strong that is burned my eyes. I had to go to a professional to get my hair fixed. I was told to stay away from this company because they use A LOT of ammonia in their products. I will never buy this again 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
