Too dark!It's a beautiful color, but too dark for me. GREAT grey coverage, but too dark for me. Love the product, but too dark. Easy instructions but most definitly will need to go lighter, and all of it not just roots. Then i'll have 4 different colors. Color made my hair shiny but much too dark.After using eSalon for several years, I have decided it is time to move on. While the product left my hair healthy, the only way to cover my gray (30%) was to go darker. When eSalon color stopped coloring my grays, I contacted a stylist who changed the color formulation. My natural hair color is light brown. Right now, my hairdresser said my hair is almost black. Needs to cover grey, not turn red as it wears, ashy, darker like Kris KardasiansThis color didn't last long and didn't cover my grey roots. It turned red as it wore off. I would like the color to be a darker dark, dark brown and more ashy. I need it to cover my grey better. Color was terribleI asked the "colorists" if the could make my color a little lighter-I was told this was not possible. Hate my colorMy hair color got ruined by using esalon. I used to have brown hair, now it looks black like a vampire. They got the color completely wrong. Of course now I would have to go to a real salon to fix it. Hate the color, it makes me look old! Is been 3 weeks and the color had only faded slightly.
