Needed: gray coverage and moistureI expected the color to be brighter, but it was very close to my previously colored hair, which is ok. The smell was very strong and awful. The gray coverage was no better than with my color rinse. The directions were good, but my shower looked like somebody had been dismembered in it by the time I was done. Not so good. I also have curly, previously color treated hair and I don't feel like the moisturizing factor was there. My hair was brittle and tangled when I was done with the conditioner. I expected a better conditioner and more of it. Plenty of hair color provided, but only one small package of conditioner. Hardly enough for long curly hair. Color was TOO dark and I was VERY unhappy trying to cancel my account.Not only did I cancel my account PRIOR to the next scheduled ship date (the color was too dark and I did not wish to continue with this company) but they shipped and billed me ANYWAY. I am in the process of collecting my money back and having a hard time getting information on exactly WHERE the product is since my account shows I bought the unwanted color on a SATURDAY and it is now 8 days later and it has not arrived at my home.
