Not enough colorThe color I got was lighter than the picture I provided & came out much redder than expected. Also, there wasn't enough gloss color to cover the length of my hair (I have very long hair). My color turned to be blackI am very disappointed with this coloring experience, I asked dark brown and I event explained in the that I was looking for a chocolate brown and my hair turned out all black, I have never had this color and I would have to spend a lot of money to have a color specialist at a salon to fix the color, and aside from all the chemical exposure which is not good for my health and my chronic fatigue disease. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Unfortunately disappointedI'm not sure how this went wrong. I ordered a darkest brown color for my hair, which is mostly already overall a dyed darker shade of brown. I applied color to roots as instructed and then waited the given time, later applied the color to my ends and waited..Followed after rinsing instruction. I couldn't tell till my hair was dried that the parts that had faded from my old color from a few months ago were not even darker (I naturally darker brown hair with ash blonde streaks, so when color fades, I've noticed that streaked area tends to do so first). One of the reasons I wanted this product regularly was to do my roots of course, but also at this time I wanted to cover that streaked area, from time to time into a darker shade, a shade of darkest brown.. It wound up a medium kind of mousey brown at best on that area. Very little change whatsoever, if at all.
