My colorHi. The color is still too dark when compared to my original hair color as I don't color my hair endings. So is it possible to give me a lighter color than the last one you sent me. Packaging sucks, not what it used to be.Product was thrown into generic brown box that was too big resulting in product being loose in box. Handwritten address label that made me think someone else got my package, opened it and reboxed it to send to me.
