Not happy with colorThe last couple times that I have been billed for the hair color I have not even opened up!!!. They are still sealed... I am not happy with the hair color that I have been receiving...so I never opened the boxes. I have since found a color that is more for me!!.. I would appreciate it if you would credit my account back for the haircolor that is supposed to ship on the 25th.. I no longer want to continue with the ordering if your hair color. End ResultI enjoy your products very much and your directions are very clear as to what to do. However, this time I have an issue with the outcome of my color. The night I colored my hair, everything was a beautiful color, but my ends on the bottom were still very dark, but I really didn't mind that so much.
