HAIR FALLOUTSince I have to pick a star to write a review, I went with one. When I colored my hair with your product, at first I was happy. Although, it didnt give me the highlights I need. When it came time to get my next order, I had just had a MASSIVE HAIR LOSS!! I have thin straight hair, but alot of it. Well, I used to! I know hair loss is normal, who doesnt? But I lost 75% of my hair in 2 weeks. I asked my husband if he was giving chemo in my sleep! It was traumatic!! I watched huge chucks of hair go down the drain and my husband had to unclog our shower drain whenever I washed my hair! My hairdresser even commented on the loss. My doctor did alot of tests on me to make sure the loss was not because of something in me not right. Now to say all that, I have ALWAYS been careful with my hair. The ONLY thing I had changed, was my coloring. I have been hiding so no one sees my head. I now have tiny hairs growing in and I get to deal with that. I had to cut my long hair to make it less noticeable. This "savings" on my hair color, has cost me more than ALOT of money now. With medical visits and tests, to my hairdresser, to my emotional freakout, I WILL NOT order again or recommend to even my worst enemy! I have been reading reviews for this product all day and have not seen anyone else comment like mine. Has anyone had hair fallout after using this product? Any lawyers on here? Not anywhere close to what I asked for.I asked for light brown with golden tone. Specified no copper. My hair looks the color of a copper penny. This isn't any different than the last 1 before I asked for no copper. I let whoever I talked to know my natural color hair is red. So it pulls the copper. After looking at the paperwork with the mixture, it has a lot of copper. If I get an email address to send a pic of an over the counter color that I have purchased in the past. This is what I was trying to get you guys to come up with. I will also send pic of the color it is after using your solution. I love the color of the OTC. If you can match it great. Not HappyColor may have worked well if I had not had to wash my hair 3 times to get all the oil out of it after I colored. What on earth was in it to do that. My hair felt weighted down and the shampoo you provided (& that I bought a bottle of) didn't do a thing to get the grease out after two shampoos. Had to use my Nexium shampoo the 3rd time to feel like my hair was clean. By that time, grey was showing around my hairline. Don't want to do this again and your shampoo & conditioner that I bought might work on short hair that is washed every day, but that is not my case. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. This feeling is most likely caused by residual color still coating your hair and/or scalp. To avoid this from happening in the future, we recommend massaging the color at your scalp prior to rinsing. MessyI really liked the medium blonde color and the condition of my hair afterwards. However, it was so messy to use. The solution ran down my face, and the timing was much longer than my previous hair color.
