I've some grays that seem resistant to color!So, there are quite a few grays that are resistant to color. Also, the color could be a touch darker. MehhIt was a great presentation with really cute packaging. Easy to follow instructions and for the most part painless. Unfortunately 3 weeks later it’s really brassy and so much lighter around my hairline. It looked great the first week but it started losing its luster quickly after. It may be my fault and I might’ve ordered the wrong color for my hair. I’m not a professional and I’ll admit I was a bit overwhelmed at choosing the color I needed. UpsetI accidentally ordered just a root touch up. I called 2 days later and spoke to two different people. They said they would send me another bottle with my order since it hasn’t shipped out. Color Didn't Match-- Would not recommend this product based on the experienceThe color provided didn't match my hair and turned it red. I emailed eSalon regarding this and was informed it would never match because I have highlights. eSalon should screen those potential customers to give them warning of this. The team member then said he would ship an ash to me to take the red out and cancel my subscription. It never came. Washed out in a weekThe dye did not last, gray was showing in a week. Giving it one more try. 1st time userI was so excited when my kit arrived. I got my daughter to do it for me incase I missed anywhere. Unfortunately the brown was too dark.
