Not happyI wanted a lighter hair color. It's exactly the same as mine. Didn't cover any of the grey hairs. And still has a red undertone. Which was the thing I did not want. Love the color but not the greyI love the color I was sent, but my grey hair at the hairline was back in TWO DAYS. UPDATED: I have used my second box now, and followed the new instructions for improved grey coverage. It did work a little better, but the box from the drugstore still works better as far as the grey coverage goes. I am bummed because I was willing to pay more to have it delivered, and I really liked the color. wouldnt use againI used this dye for the first time yesterday, usually I just use a packet dye. I followed the instructions of application, doing my roots first and then the rest of my hair. when applying the dye I noticed that it felt very slippery, like silicone. When I was rinsing it out and washing my hair my hair felt very 'stiff' and unusual, also when washing out, whereas with other products there is usually just dark water running off, with this there was a residue that formed little clumps in the bathtub. After washing and conditioning my hair, I blow dryed it and my hair was very oily and greasy so I had to wash it again twice. After this it was ok. the colour is ok, has gone on evenly but I will see how long it lasts for. The other problem was that I founded it stained quite badly compared to my usual product. I hadn't used the stain guard on the back of my neck and therefore had to scrub this area with an exfoliating brush to remove the stain. Good and not soThe order and shipping process was quick and easy. However, after following the enclosed instructions I ended up with orange hair with more noticeable grays. Something is differentI don't know what was different, but the solution burned/stung my skin on my head. The feel against my skin was also different. I think my colored has been the same.
