Wrong colorI really wanted this to work. The packaging was nice, the product was easy to mix and apply. Unfortunately, it was great on the roots but it got on the end of my hair which is now a light gray color. It was supposed to be a blonde. :( I'm going to contact the company to see what can be done. Not what I expected!I had such high hopes for this! I had heard so many good reviews! But sadly my experience was less than par. I followed the instructions to a T! My roots did not dye completely, I still see somewhat my natural color. The worst part is I have washed my hair TWICE now and it still smells and has an odd texture. Color is good but won't wash outI enjoyed the color, convenience, and items provided but the color just wouldn't wash out of my hair after dying. I scrubbed and scrubbed. Shampooed multiple times and I kept finding more. I also didn't think the quality of the dye block or shampoo or conditioner. I switched to Madison reed and have great color, great kit(even has a cap), no issue with dye washing out and love the dye blocker and shampoo and conditioner. Revolting colorI chose Dark Blonde (Ash) to color my mostly gray hair. The result was a revolting red brown. I'm so disappointed because I was hoping it would be pretty.
