Not what I expectedAfter getting my color I followed the instructions word for word and step by step. The color I wound up never showed because it was the same color as my natural hair color. Color reviewThe hair color I ordered didn't color my resistant grays very well and it didn't leave my hair feeling soft and looking shiny. The top faded after only a week or so. Doesn't cover my grayI have tried this is 3 times and although the second coloe was better it does not cover the gray so I have to use a touch up. So thanks for the free one but I don't think it works on me. Please drop my order from here on in. Hair LossAfter using this product for the second time, I experienced a great deal of hair loss. After applying the product and leaving it on as instructed, washing it with eSalon product, my hair was left with this waxy, gooey mess. It took me over 2 washes to get it out of my hair.
