Warm beigeThe color was too dark and stained my scalp. When I went to rinse it out, it was very gummy feeling and wouldn't rinse out with the shampoo provided so I washed my hair twice to get out the residue and my scalp is still stained. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Color was not right for meMy color is not even close to what I selected. The only good thing about this experience is that my hair feels great. However, my hair color is really an awful, brassy reddish color. I was very hopeful that esalon would work for me, but sadly it did not. what a disappointmentthe last shipment was complete disappointment. Salon has decided for me that roots will be enough, and sent only one colour, so I got brown instead of the red tone. I learned to mix both (root & ends) tones together to get the right tone, and now I have just brown. I can understand you do not want to send 2 bottles (though i assumed that was your offer), i am fine with that. but i find it unacceptable to decide for me what colour my hair should be, particularly because it is not what i was looking for.
