PerformanceThe reason for coloring my hair is to cover the gray that is now appearing. I don't have tons of gray hair, but enough for me and those who know me well to notice. The color doesn't seem to "adhere" to those strands that are gray. This time when I colored I also left the color on for an additional 5 minutes of hoping to help this. Second, even when using products designed for colored hair, your color seems to start fading dramatically by the 4th or 5th wash. I'm not sure I will continue the product. Just not my colorOK you changed my color from light brown because it was leaving my hair a red color. Now it is darker brown and the red is darker. So, my hair is going from light brown to darker red and brown. What up?? Only will try to get this right one more time and that is it. This is ridiculous . I am so disappointed for the second time!This is the second time I have used this product without desired results. Very unhappy---sad to say...I was not very happy with the product this time around. The first time was beautiful! The second shipment of the product was very runny and I had shaken it plenty. I shook it some more but it still was not like the very first time and my color did not seem to last as long either. To make it even worse, I was charged more for a cheapened up product¡!! Colour was weak and didn't last.I coloured my hair using a demi-permanent colour. The result was quite weak but I thought I'd give it a chance.
