Once the color has processed on your roots for the time indicated in your Personalized Instructions, you may then move on to the final *Rinse Through Your Ends* step (formerly known as the Shine & Rinse step). This essential step guides you to massage the color with water, through your roots and ends for 1 minute before rinsing. Copper instead of AshFollowed instructions to a T and the color is incredibly warm. Originally asked for a light beige blonde and was sent a medium ash blonde after correspondence from the colorist. Wrong colorI ordered this and was so excited about the possibilities of having a beautiful hair color like the salon should do without having to go into a salon but it didn't work that way. The color was all wrong, and it was much darker on my roots than the rest of my hair. Absolutely awful!Strong Ammonia gunk- a terrible experience took at least 4 showers to get this sludge out of my hair and it still was in there. Terrible customer service- the money you pay to fix your hair disaster will not be given back. Leaves hair feeling greasy and waxyI have used this product for over a year and was happy until the last 3 shipments or so. Something seemed to have changed and not for the better. I color my hair every 4-6 weeks and no other product leaves this residue in my hair. It literally takes me 3-4 washes to get the waxy feeling out. To bad because I loved this for convenience, but to be honest the box dye from the store doesn't leave me with a waxy feeling that takes at least three washes to remove. To top it off the response from customer service was somewhat of a joke. They told me basically I need to rinse it better and possibly use a different color shampoo. It is a shame they can't own this problem, but flip it to be user error in which I should buy a different shampoo. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not reorderingThe color was too dark and drab and my ends are black. I was so excited to get this, and it was such a disappointment! I could've done the same horrible thing to my hair with a store bought box color! Now I have to try to remove this color somehow before I go back to work! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
