HorribleI have colored my hair for many many years and have never been more disappointed in a product. I ordered auburn and it tinted my hair purple that washed out in one week. People had a "oh dear" look when I first colored it, asking me if I meant to color it that way. Also the final horrible side effects were that my scalp has a slight itchy feel to it still and my hair is now super brittle (I've always had pretty healthy hair). Didn't touch my highlightsMy initial request for hair color was met with an email that my stylish thought my choice was too dark. Trusting her and the process I didn't reach out. This is a mess!the color is not great, pretty dull actually. it has taken me 3 days now to ALMOST get the gummy paste out of my hair. this being the 3rd day and 4th wash i still had to rinse it for almost 40 mins. i read about the "gel" color but that is ridiculous. now my hair is weak and brittle, i dont know if it is from the dye or all the washing. if this is an issue you all are aware of why in the world dont you fix it or make sure this information is extremely bold in the instructions or formulate the teeny bit of shampoo you give with it to actually work! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
