BummedMy first esalon was amazing! It was rich, vibrant, soft and we'll covered. And it lasted quite a Long time!! This is my second time, which meant roots touch-ups only. It seemed to begin great, but within a week (not even a week) the color was fading out fast FAST! ! 2 weeks in, I can hardly tell there was a "touch up" at all :-( . Every bit of the gray that grew out was now very visible. I want to know why initially the application was amazing and why the touch up was not? They DO NOT pay attention to photosI don't know what happened but they sent me a way too dark red and then when I asked to have it lightened they sent me THE SAME color or what looks exactly like it on me.VERY DISAPPOINTED 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

HorribleI have colored my hair for many many years and have never been more disappointed in a product. I ordered auburn and it tinted my hair purple that washed out in one week. People had a "oh dear" look when I first colored it, asking me if I meant to color it that way. Also the final horrible side effects were that my scalp has a slight itchy feel to it still and my hair is now super brittle (I've always had pretty healthy hair).
