Greys Go Bye Bye, but too GoldI am 40 years old, I have white course Grey's coming through which are very hard to color. I would give this color product 5 stars for grey coverage, but I would give the actual color 4 stars, it was very close to my request but too gold red. I would give the condition 2 stars because I had to treat it with a deep mask to get out the tangles. Overall, 3 star experience so far. I love that the stylist will work with you to get the right color and you can send messages to her. Great personal attention for an online stylist and the price is very reasonable. Even my local stylist had gotten it too red once, it happens, but she could tone it down right away, which I couldn't do with this product. not goodI wrote several reviews and have had no response. I sent you two colors I mix together both with the word "red" in them and a picture showing color of my hair- you sent me dark blonde and it was not at all close. Not what I asked forI asked for a slightly darker color or stronger formula for better gray coverage. Instead of that my hair was black after coloring! I have medium brown hair, fair skin and blue eyes. I looked rediculous! I had to go to a salon for corrective coloring! Made my hair fall outThe color was not even close to the picture of myself that I sent. I followed the directions to a tee, and clumps of my hair fell out, the color was dark and ashy, I had to turn the fan on in the bathroom because of the strong odor, and my remaining hair is fuzzy and damaged.
