CUSTOM HAIR COLORFirst let me say, the color is very mild smelling. The color went on nicely, didn't drip or run. It gives great coverage, ALL my gray hairs are gone. That's the good. Color didn't work at allFirst off the color didn't last or cover gray Second I tried contacting the support team for two days no call back . I had to leave a message on machine they said I would get a call back. I wanted to cancel the upcoming order, but since they didn't call me back , it was shipped already. Very poor customer service.
